2022 Super Lawyers award:
SmolenPlevy is honored to announce that Principals Alan Plevy, Kyung (Kathryn) Dickerson and Daniel Ruttenberg are named to Super Lawyer’s 2022 Virginia and Washington D.C. lists.
Plevy is recognized as a Virginia Super Lawyer for the 17th year in a row, and Ruttenberg is recognized for the 10th time. Ms. Dickerson is once again recognized in both the Top 50 Virginia Women Super Lawyers list and the Top 100 Virginia Super Lawyers list. This is the eighth time since 2014 Ms. Dickerson received both awards.

Ms. Dickerson is once again recognized in both the Top 50 Virginia Women Super Lawyers list and the Top 100 Virginia Super Lawyers list. This is the seventh time since 2014 Ms. Dickerson receives both awards. Plevy is named a Virginia Super Lawyer for the 16th year in a row, Ruttenberg is named for the 9th time.
- 2020: Super Lawyers names Principals Alan Plevy, Kyung (Kathryn) Dickerson and Dan Ruttenberg to its 2020 Virginia and Washington D.C. list. Ms. Dickerson is once again recognized in both the Top 50 Virginia Women Super Lawyers list and the Top 100 Virginia Super Lawyers list. This is the sixth time since 2014 Ms. Dickerson receives both awards. Plevy is named a Virginia Super Lawyer for the 15th year in a row, Ruttenberg is named for the 8th time.

Ms. Dickerson is once again recognized in both the Top 50 Virginia Women Super Lawyers list and the Top 100 Virginia Super Lawyers list. Fewer than five percent of attorneys in Virginia receive both honors. This is the fifth time since 2014 Ms. Dickerson receives both awards. Plevy is named a Virginia Super Lawyer for the 14th year in a row, Ruttenberg is named for the 7th time in Virginia.
