Lucas (Luke) C. Horacek is an associate at SmolenPlevy. He is a graduate of the University of Montana, Alexander Blewett III School of Law. During law school, he clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office in Missoula, Montana, and has appeared as a student attorney in United States District Court for the District of Montana.
Before law school and during holiday breaks in his undergrad years at the University of Wyoming, Luke was a baseball umpire and a ski instructor.
He is an enthusiastic baseball fan, and has a lifelong fascination with analyzing and applying the rules of the game.
