Marissa R. Bagasra is an associate with the firm. She is a member of the Bars in Virginia and Maryland. Ms. Bagasra graduated from George Mason University School of Law cum laude, where she served on the Board of Editors for the George Mason Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bagasra was a law clerk for John H. Rust, Jr., Commissioner of Accounts for Fairfax County. Ms. Bagasra received her Bachelors of Arts degree with a double major in English and Government from Georgetown University. Ms. Bagasra is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Fairfax Bar Association, and Virginia Women Attorneys Association. Her practice areas include estate planning, estate administration, and probate litigation.
